



The Story
Jillian Bashore
I am an American who has spent more than 20 years living outside the USA. I have been married to my husband for almost 20 years. Together we have three teenagers, and a beloved Yorkshire Terrier. While working for a non-profit Christian organization, we have lived on four continents and learned three foreign languages. This has exposed me to foods and cooking methods from all over the world. I love to help my clients introduce Mediterranean and Latin American ingredients and cooking processes into to their own cooking! Healthy food is always best when it tastes as good as it is for you!
My passion for fitness began as a teenager when I swam at the nationally competitive level. Ever since I have loved all things exercise including trail running, weight lifting, hiking, and cross fit. I also love gardening and travel (which don’t always make a great combination).
I was inspired to help others on their healing journey because of my own personal health struggles. Through resistance training and a nutritional overhaul I have experienced lasting healing and strength. Through this experience I developed a passion to help my clients and friends who struggle with gastrointestinal issues, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, inflammation, and/or weight loss.
After extensive personal study through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and ISSA, I now have the privilege of walking my clients out of their chronic health struggles and into greater energy, health, and mobility. I love seeing people transform into who they want to be and enjoy the things they want to enjoy at all stages of life… one healthy habit at a time.

Nutrition
Based on our initial consultation, we will work together to achieve your health goals. I offer nutritional advice that works inside and outside the kitchen. I will help you navigate foods that are optimal for you and distinguish those that could be harming your health.
As an integrative health coach, my goal is to identify key areas in your life you can improve in and guide you through comprehensive steps toward better health.
Fitness
I achieved my personal trainer certification with the International Sports Sciences Association. I love helping people achieve their goals and learn new fitness concepts.
